Your AI conversation

Guru is an AI assistant for exploring AI Business Gurus services and arranging a growth consultation. Responses can contain mistakes. Confirm important details, pricing and project commitments with our team. A conversation with Guru does not purchase a service or change an existing agreement.

Industry demo employees represent fictional businesses. Use sample details. Demo conversations do not create real bookings, orders, payments or service requests. Text chat and video are separate conversations.

Runway processing and recordings

By checking the agreement box and starting a conversation, you consent to a live AI call processed by Runway. Your typed messages and any microphone audio you choose to share are sent to Runway to provide the conversation. Audio, conversation recordings and transcripts may be retained by Runway and accessible to AI Business Gurus through the provider’s tools.

The website does not separately save call audio, video or transcripts. Your camera stays off. Microphone access requires your browser’s permission; you can type instead, mute your microphone, or end the call at any time. Ending a call stops further input but does not delete information already processed.

Introductions and visit memory

Guru asks for your preferred name; sharing it is optional. We keep that name and a short, non-sensitive summary of your request in your browser’s website session and use them for up to two hours. When you agree to meet a demo employee, Guru passes that context to the selected employee and connects you under the same call terms. Guru finishes speaking before the employee takes over. You can end the conversation at any time. Unsent typing drafts are not shared.

What you share

Only share information you are authorized to provide. Do not include passwords, API keys, payment card details, medical information or other sensitive personal or business information. Use the assistant lawfully and do not attempt to access other customers’ information or disrupt the service.

Pages, forms and appointments

Guru can guide you through public pages and prepare a follow-up draft. You review and submit requests yourself. Details you submit in a follow-up form are saved by AI Business Gurus so our team can respond. A request does not reserve a meeting: select a time and complete confirmation in Calendly to book an appointment.

Availability and human help

Calls are limited in duration and may end earlier or be unavailable. Guru cannot access private account details, change billing, issue refunds or guarantee business results.
